As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Food Runner is to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of prepared dishes from the kitchen is presented appealingly and delivered promptly to the correct tables by greeting guests warmly and following table etiquette guidelines. This role will also attend menu classes to stay informed of current menu offerings and is responsible for setting the station with the necessary sauces/condiments, folded napkins, and well-stocked supplies to ensure seamless operations throughout the night. A crucial part of this role is to break down the station, store items in their designated locations, maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of presentation, accuracy, and cleanliness for guest satisfaction.
