About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team in Juniper at the AC Hotel Marriott in downtown Greenville. As a food runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accuracy of orders before delivering them, including checking plating, modifiers, and special requests.
• Relay important information between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, such as order status or special instructions.
• Support servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking on guest needs when appropriate.
• Ensure that food is presented attractively and that any necessary garnishes or accompaniments are included.
• Keep service stations stocked with essentials such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and glassware.
