Requirements

Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
1+ years of experience as a food runner or restaurant service work
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service with a warm, authentic approach, reflecting Four Seasons standards of excellence
Accurately and efficiently run food to bar and restaurant guests
Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure timely, seamless delivery of food and beverages
Build and maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience
Anticipate guest needs, ensuring satisfaction and responding promptly to requests or concerns
Assist servers with side work and support overall service flow
Greet and seat guests in the absence of the host/ess
Ensure precise and proper delivery of all food items
Assist with clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean, polished dining environment
