About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role centers on providing hospitable, customized service, connecting with Guests, and helping ensure their needs are met. Food Runners keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, bottles, plates, and silverware, and partner with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The position may offer a path to grow into a server role.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
