Requirements

Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Talent for food and beverage.
Ability to build relationships with guests.
Ability to multitask.
Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
Comfortably communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Delivering guests' orders from the kitchen to their table to ensure guests receive the best experience.
Ensuring all orders are correct and in perfect presentation before running them to the correct table.
Communicating with servers and the culinary team to ensure orders are exact to the ticket provided by servers.
Having a thorough knowledge of menus, completing sidework, and station assignments.
Understanding service details such as tabletop maintenance, service pace in delivering food from kitchen to guest’s table, ensuring food quality and presentation.
Following servers' food orders in placing the correct item in front of the correct guest.
Assisting servers in any tableside presentation.
Responding to guest requests.
