Requirements
- Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations.
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Two years high volume table-service dining required.
- Ability to obtain KY Racing License.
Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays.
- Collaborate with the culinary team.
- Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests.
- Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests.
- Address food/beverage or service-related guest issues.
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing.
- Support bussers/servers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager.
