Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant. Maintain food service and cleanliness. Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations. This role offers a potential career path to Server and Bartender.

Requirements

• Experience in a food service environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Standing and moving for extended periods.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and replenish food items.
• Maintain food service and cleanliness.

• Greet and acknowledge guests warmly upon entry.
• Store all deliveries.
• Stock condiments and utensils in the beverage area.
• Fill coffee and teapots.
• Maintain appearance of patio furniture and manage umbrellas.
• Shut down the Food Pavilion.
• Know menu pricing, item locations, and specials.
• Understand product preparation and condiments.
• Operate all line equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness at all times.
• Exhibit a "can do" attitude and full cooperation.
• Report safety, quality, and spoilage issues.
