About The Position

Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is intended for people who are enthusiastic, believe that great food should be paired with great hospitality, and use their personality to connect with Guests and colleagues and make people feel special. Chili's primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. The position contributes to a safe, welcoming environment and supports Guest satisfaction through attentive service and teamwork.

Requirements

• Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
