About The Position

Highball Social Club is hiring Food Runners / Server Assistants to join its opening team. The role supports restaurant service by delivering food, assisting servers, attending to guest requests, maintaining dining and service areas, and helping the team operate smoothly. Previous restaurant, food-running, or hospitality experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with attention to presentation.
Verify orders for accuracy, quality, and proper presentation before running food.
Assist servers with delivering food, clearing tables, and meeting guest needs.
Help maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas.
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
Refill water and assist with other guest requests as needed.
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
Stock service stations, utensils, napkins, and other essential supplies.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining room and service areas.
Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
