Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets, monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing, and transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
• Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service and break down the buffet after service to clean and reset
• Store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
