The Food Runner/Expeditor is responsible for transporting food from the kitchen to the dining room safely and efficiently, removing used dishes from tables, and delivering orders in a timely and professional manner. This role works closely with bussers and servers to maintain the cleanliness of the dining space and respond to guest requests.
