Part-Time Food Runner/Busser
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and hospitality-driven Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is delivered promptly, accurately, and at the correct temperature. Our Food Runners support both our service and culinary teams by expediting dine-in and to-go orders, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and providing outstanding service to our members and guests. Responsibilities
- Expedite and deliver food to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring presentation and quality meet restaurant standards.
- Assist with packing and expediting to-go orders, ensuring order accuracy and appropriate packaging.
- Restock the server-side station with supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and to-go packaging.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner following restaurant cleanliness and setup standards.
- Check tables for proper setup and cleanliness before seating new guests.
- Assist servers and other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Perform assigned side work duties and additional tasks throughout the shift as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.
- Maintain a courteous, professional attitude and provide friendly service to members, guests, and fellow team members.
- Smile and maintain a positive attitude, even during high-pressure situations.
- Follow all uniform and appearance standards, ensuring a clean and pressed uniform at all times.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including those outlined by the Division of Hotels & Restaurants and the Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests.
