Requirements

Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety/sanitation regulations.
Knowledge of various types of food, with the ability to accurately identify items while receiving orders.
Proficient knife skills, as the position involves food preparation.
Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils using both dishwashers and manual methods.
Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
Store clean dishes and cooking equipment properly.
Assist in food preparation, including cutting and cleaning various food items.
Help receive and store food deliveries, adhering to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
Engage with guests, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as prescribed by regulatory bodies.
