About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Food Production Worker in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The role involves working on a production line and may include assembling food trays, measuring food items, sealing meals with a vacuum system, washing bins, and helping prepare kitchen items by opening boxes and bags and mixing ingredients. Workers must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines when handling and operating mechanical equipment and tools. Training is provided. The position is a day shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekends off and overtime available. Pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Follow safety guidelines and best practices for handling and operating mechanical equipment and tools.
Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure systems meet company and industry standards.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management about work status, issues, and solutions.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.

Food production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line.
