About The Position

The Food Production Supervisor directs, supervises, and evaluates all employees and area functions within production and tray assembly. This role also coordinates all food production and service to patients and staff during service times, which includes actual food preparation as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Hospitality
  • 5 years experience as a Lead Cook with responsibilities for production
  • ServSafe Certification
