About The Position

Temple University Hospital is a nationally respected teaching hospital on Temple University's Health Sciences Center campus. It provides a comprehensive array of healthcare services to patients. As the chief clinical training site for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, the hospital provides a dynamic environment for high-quality care, teaching, and cutting-edge research. This role directs, supervises, and evaluates all employees and area functions as assigned in production and tray assembly. It also coordinates all food production/service to patients and staff during service times, including actual food preparation as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • 5 years experience as a Lead Cook with responsibilities for production.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Hospitality Preferred
  • ServSafe Certification Preferred
