About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 for Beaufort Memorial Hospital located in Beaufort, SC. Beaufort Memorial Hospital is a licensed 201 bed modern facility located in Beaufort, SC. Beaufort is a city on Port Royal Island, one of South Carolina’s coastal Sea Islands. It’s known for its antebellum mansions, especially in the downtown historic district. A short drive away from beautiful Hilton Head Island and Savannah, GA!

Requirements

• Food production or culinary management experience, preferably in healthcare or large-scale food service
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years minimum management experience
• 1 year minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily food production for patients and guest
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet specialized dietary needs
• Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budget targets
• Maintain quality, consistency, and timely meal delivery
