About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food Prep or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently
