The Restaurant Team Member position is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, preparing and serving food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met, and keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records. The role also requires following all government laws and safety codes, completing incident reports promptly, and embodying the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to Win.
