About The Position
Catholic Charities Washtenaw Emergency Food Program has an immediate opening for a part-time (approximately 18.75 hours a week) Coordinator. This position receives donations for the Food Bank and assists in running the food bank. This position provides assistance to a diverse population of food bank customers in a welcoming manner that respects the dignity of all those seeking assistance.
Requirements
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to work efficiently and responsibly with limited supervision
- Capable of handling multiple and sometimes conflicting demands
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to complete online data entry quickly and accurately
- Ability to perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, frequent lifting up to 30 pounds, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting brief needs assessments and connecting individuals with community resources

- Attending all required trainings/meetings
