Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino is seeking a Food Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations for Tortazo—Chef Rick Bayless’ vibrant Mexican concept—and Cross Street Grill. This full-time leadership role oversees high-volume food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing team performance, labor, inventory, cost controls, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings restaurant leadership experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
