About The Position

Sodexo's Campus Dining segment has a new opportunity for a Food Operations Manager 2 at Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota. This Food Operations manager will oversee all Retail venues on campus. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

  • Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Culinary production experience
  • Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Passion for a high level of customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) and The Market Connection (TMC)
  • Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years minimum management experience
  • 2 years minimum functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
