About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential dining operations. Requirements

  • Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Have management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 2 years Minimum Functional Experience - work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
