About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 for Onslow Memorial Hospital located in Jacksonville, NC. Onslow Memorial Hospital is a 162-bed acute care, community hospital. The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and will be responsible for patient services using Healthtouch patient dining services. The Operations Manager will also have oversight of the retail outlet and support 30 frontline associates. This role requires strong management experience in a foodservice setting.

• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
• Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years Minimum Management Experience
• 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
