About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 for Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, NC, a 162-bed acute care, community hospital. This role is for a passionate leader who will drive success and make a real impact daily. The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for patient services using Healthtouch patient dining services, overseeing the retail outlet, and supporting 30 frontline associates. Candidates with strong management experience in a foodservice setting are encouraged to apply.

• working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS)
• working knowledge of Market Connections (MSC)
• proficient in computer skills
• report management experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years Minimum Management Experience
• 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
