This hands‑on leadership role supports and oversees multi‑site food service operations across 4–6 school locations, with responsibility for approximately 15–25 frontline employees. The Operations Manager 1 serves as a visible people leader, ensuring daily operational execution, food safety compliance, and consistency in service standards. Success in this role requires a confident, organized leader who can support and coach site teams, monitor operational basics, review key performance indicators, and maintain positive working relationships.
