About The Position

Foodsmart is seeking a service-oriented Food Operations Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-growing team on a full-time basis. This role will serve as the primary coordinator of food delivery for members enrolled in meal-delivery and support programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer support and service excellence to ensure members experience the highest level of compassion and care. Foodsmart is a leading Foodcare platform in the U.S., built to deliver nutrition-driven healthcare at scale. Their platform combines personalized clinical nutrition care, behavior change tools, and food benefits to improve member health outcomes while lowering healthcare costs. They partner with national and regional retailers, making healthier food more accessible and assisting members with SNAP enrollment and management. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles
Self-motivated and driven
Strong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications

Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve member issues efficiently
Ability to be flexible to shifts in priorities and thrive in autonomous work environments

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support to existing and future members, from initial inquiry to ongoing program questions.
Utilize existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly address any member order fulfillment issues.
Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to the highest quality standard.
Contribute suggestions to continue optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process.
Ability to support other key needs as defined.
