The Food Manager takes ownership of the Food Operation by maintaining inventory, ordering product, creating the Food Team Member work schedule, minimizing Fresh Food waste, and assisting in hiring, training, and supervising Food Team Members. They will follow the Dashboard “build to” schedule, monitor the profitability of deli food service offerings, and work the main Food hours to ensure sufficient and consistent food offerings to Guests. The Food Manager is also responsible for ensuring all Team Members follow City and/or State food handling protocols.
