About The Position

The Food Manager takes ownership of the Food Operation by maintaining inventory, ordering product, creating the Food Team Member work schedule, minimizing Fresh Food waste, and assisting in hiring, training, and supervising Food Team Members. They will follow the Dashboard “build to” schedule, monitor the profitability of deli food service offerings, and work the main Food hours to ensure sufficient and consistent food offerings to Guests. The Food Manager is also responsible for ensuring all Team Members follow City and/or State food handling protocols.

Requirements

  • Be able to work days including early mornings, weekends and holidays, as required for assigned shift/store
  • Prepared to be willing to work alone
  • Have reliable transportation to report to work on time
  • Have reliable telephone service and be able to return telephone calls in a timely manner
  • Be willing to legally sell age restricted products such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco and lottery tickets
  • Successfully pass all compliance related required training
