About The Position

A Food Lead is responsible for executing food and beverage operations within Majors Management, LLC. convenience store locations to help drive food and beverage sales and profitability.

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to learn tasks from hands-on training, online instruction, and job aids.
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed to standard and in a timely manner.
Ability to learn food and beverage product descriptions and names to better serve customers.

Responsibilities

Interact positively with customers.
Ensure hot/cold grab-and-go, hot/cold beverage stations, and hot dog roller grills are clean, maintained, and well stocked.
Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards.
Prepare and serve food to customers quickly and safely.
Adhere to Majors, Federal, State, and local Health Department policies and codes.
Keep products properly rotated using FIFO (first in, first out).
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Ensure proper handling of prepared and unprepared food and beverages according to published operational procedures and guidelines.
Keep all surfaces clean to the touch and clear of debris.
Perform other duties as assigned.
