About The Position

Deibel Laboratories, a private food testing facility specializing in Microbiology and Chemistry testing since 1967, is seeking a full-time Food Laboratory Technician for its Allentown, PA location. This role is integral to ensuring food and product safety for various industry clients. The position involves performing testing procedures, entering data, and maintaining supplies, with comprehensive training provided for entry-level candidates.

Requirements

• Interest in learning basic knowledge of microbiology.
• Ability to accurately perform testing procedures and obtain accurate results.
• Basic knowledge of personal computers for data entry.
• Planning skills to maintain supplies and ensure timely analysis.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical dexterity for manipulating samples.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
