About The Position

This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where they provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. This role is located in Monticello, MN and is a full-time position with 1st & 2nd shifts available. A $2.00/hr shift differential is offered for the 2nd shift. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and be 18 years or older. Falsification of information will result in disqualification and a 12-month disqualifying period for reapplication.

Requirements

Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication
Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice
Must be able to work with pork products which is a requirement of this specific job
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

Previous food manufacturing experience
Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment

Responsibilities

Preparing, packing, and performing quality inspection of further processed egg products
Perform basic math calculations when weighing and packing product
Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team
Other duties as assigned
