About The Position

Join the hospitality team at Virginia Beach’s premier private club as a Food Expo. This role is the command center of the kitchen, acting as the final set of eyes on every dish before it leaves the window, ensuring perfect presentation and accuracy. The Food Expo is responsible for orchestrating order tickets and timing for a seamless transition from the line to the table, maintaining the highest standards of plate appearance and cleanliness on the expo line, and acting as the primary liaison between the BOH culinary team and the service staff to resolve issues instantly.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transportation and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays are a must).
• Able to lift over 50 lbs and stay on the move.
• Prior experience is preferred, but a sharp eye for detail is essential.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Managing order tickets and timing to ensure a seamless transition from the line to the table.
• Maintaining the highest standards of plate appearance and cleanliness on the expo line.
• Acting as the primary liaison between the BOH culinary team and the service staff to resolve issues instantly.
