The Food Expeditor acts as the primary liaison between kitchen staff and servers, ensuring accurate and timely order execution. This role involves reviewing tickets, organizing orders during high-volume periods, and ensuring all dishes meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen. The expediter must communicate effectively with all team members to resolve issues, maintain cleanliness of the expo line, and support the team in meeting service benchmarks. Upholding food safety, sanitation, and company policies is crucial. The role requires the ability to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations, maintain punctual attendance, and participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift sessions. Team members are expected to follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy, proactively greeting guests and fellow team members.
