About The Position

Huntsville Levity Live is looking for energetic and outgoing Food and Drink Runners to join the team. The role involves creating a memorable experience for all patrons through top-notch customer service, partnering with various team members to ensure service stations are properly maintained, and expediting food, drinks, and other items as indicated by tickets. The position also requires attentiveness to guest needs, including ensuring legal age for alcohol consumption and assisting guests who may need transportation due to alcohol intake. Maintaining the showroom and providing suggestions for service enhancement are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and excellent communication skills!
Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma, or equivalent work experience.
1 or more years of experience in restaurants or clubs.
ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS or LEAD Certificate ensuring compliance with any county or state requirements.
Consistently demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor.
Can stand and or walk for an 8-10-hour shift.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, using phrases like 'yes, thank you, my pleasure, or allow me'.
Partner with bartenders, servers, and other staff to ensure service stations are set-up, maintained, and broken down correctly.
Ensure all alcohol purchasers are of legal age.
Expedite food, drinks, and other items as indicated by the ticket.
Listen to guest needs and quickly obtain requested items.
Be attentive to guests who may need transportation due to alcohol intake and inform management.
Maintain the showroom and clear as needed.
Provide suggestions for service enhancement.
