Requirements

• Experience in food service, fast food, restaurant, or as a line cook, chef, or server preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and kitchen equipment, including slicers, fryers, ovens, and mixers.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent guest service, including greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Working alongside food service associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assisting the Food Court Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and achieving sales goals.
• Helping guests find their favorite Caribou coffee, pizza, or popcorn, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Ensuring high-quality food, accurate pricing, and well-stocked inventory.
• Training and mentoring associates, reinforcing company values, and maintaining high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and providing adequate notice for absences.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
