Requirements

Experience in food service, fast food, restaurant, or as a line cook, chef, or server preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety procedures and kitchen equipment, including slicers, fryers, ovens, and mixers.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
Work alongside food service associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist the Food Court Manager with scheduling, inventory management, and achieving sales goals.
Help guests find their favorite Caribou coffee, pizza, or popcorn, answer questions, and resolve concerns with a smile.
Ensure high-quality food, accurate pricing, and well-stocked inventory.
Train and mentor associates, reinforce company values, and keep energy high in a fast-paced environment.
Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
