About The Position

A&W Whitehorse (Turnaround Foods Ltd.) is seeking 4 full-time, permanent Food Counter Attendants (NOC 65201) to start immediately. This role is ideal if you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and want a job that fits around school, sports, or other commitments. As a Cashier, you’re the friendly face guests meet first. You’ll take orders, serve great food, and help create a fast, welcoming experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking with people
• Passionate about delivering great guest service
• A team player who enjoys a supportive environment
• Reliable and eager to learn new skills
• Available 15–40 hours per week
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments using the POS system
• Greet guests and answer menu questions
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered with a smile
• Assist teammates with preparing and serving food and drinks
• Help keep service running smoothly during busy periods
• Restock fridges, cupboards, and workstations
• Maintain clean, organized, guest‑ready dining areas
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
• Jump in where needed to keep shifts running smoothly
