About The Position
LV Petroleum is hiring Shift Leads and Team Members for our growing food service concepts! We are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and want opportunities for growth and advancement. Whether you have leadership experience or are looking to start your food service career, we have opportunities available across multiple restaurant concepts within our travel center locations.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required for all positions
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for Shift Lead opportunities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Support daily operations, stocking, and shift responsibilities
- Shift Leads will help supervise team members, support operations, and maintain service and quality standards
