Innisfail Food Store presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for a Food Cashier to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time position, offering 24-36 hours per week. Benefit eligibility begins after 3 months. Availability is required for weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
- Applicants must be over 14 years old (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to customer questions
- Ensure accurate processing of sale transactions
- Bag and assist with carrying out purchases
- Complete cash-up procedures
- Assist in setting up and maintaining merchandise displays
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
