About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing food service operations within the store, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Food Captain will lead a team, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized food preparation area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or a related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
