About The Position

The Food & Beverage Team Member greets and welcomes guests at Cedar Point’s food locations and provides guest service according to Cedar Point standards. The role supports restaurant operations by seating guests, serving food, bussing tables, and assisting with dishwashing as needed. Team members prepare and serve food and beverages to hotel guests, operate POS systems, and maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas while following company guidelines. An outgoing, friendly disposition is expected when interacting with guests.

Requirements

Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop.
Ability to push a cart weighing up to 40 lbs.
Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory or random drug test, per company policy, unless prohibited by applicable law.
Applicants age 18 or older must be able to pass a background check, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per company policy and applicable law.
