Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences by providing high-quality service and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Supervise and train front-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist in overseeing food preparation processes to maintain quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory control and maintaining a clean, organized space.
  • Support the management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management as needed.
