Food & Beverage Supervisor

This role involves leading, training, and scheduling restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift. You will support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring opening and closing side work is completed accurately, and jumping in to assist servers and other restaurant associates are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant service experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed
- Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
