About The Position

Cherry Hills Country Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the Men’s Grille, one of the Club’s signature dining and bar outlets. This individual will help oversee daily service, guide the team, and ensure the outlet remains organized, welcoming, and prepared for business. The ideal candidate brings strong bartending and beverage knowledge, a genuine service mindset, good judgment, and the ability to remain calm and engaged during busy periods. While the Men’s Grille will be the primary home of this position, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will maintain awareness of activity throughout the Club and assist other Food & Beverage areas as business levels allow. This is a hands-on, floor-based role for someone who is comfortable hosting members, running a shift, stepping behind the bar, and moving throughout the operation to help where needed.

  • Experience leading or supervising a restaurant, bar, dining outlet, or hospitality team.
  • Composure under pressure, with the patience and tact to navigate member interactions.

  • Working knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience that provides the required skills and knowledge.
  • Two or more years of bartending experience, with proficiency in beer, wine, and cocktail service.
  • Two or more years as a restaurant, dining room, or outlet manager, or equivalent leadership experience.

  • Provide service and operational coverage in the Ladies Card Room, Swing Lounge, and other Food & Beverage areas as assigned, helping maintain consistent standards and a strong member experience throughout the year.
  • Serve as a visible, engaged presence in the Men's Grille, building relationships with members and gathering feedback on the outlet's food, drink, and service.
