About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for training, scheduling, and meeting the daily task needs of the staff. This role ensures associates have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively. The supervisor will actively communicate with the back of the house to ensure smooth restaurant operations, report any safety or health concerns, and assist guests with their questions, concerns, or needs. Additionally, the supervisor will assist in any area of the restaurant as needed.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to effectively supervise associates.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff.
• Ability to maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.
