Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Nice To Haves

college coursework in hospitality is a plus
supervisory experience preferred
