The Lodge at St. Edward Park is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee personnel in the Food and Beverage Department. This role involves scheduling, training, and motivating employees, as well as assisting the service team on the floor, taking orders, and serving if necessary. The supervisor will facilitate the sales/customer service/operations interface daily, oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, and ensure profitability, efficient operations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position also includes monthly inventory of supplies and beverages, responding to inquiries and complaints, administering state liquor laws, handling guest challenges, and representing the organization as a point of contact to ensure guest needs are met and expectations are exceeded. A safe work environment must be maintained, with unsafe conditions and equipment needing repair reported immediately, and the work area kept clean and orderly.
