The Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and enthusiastic individual with a strong customer service focus to join their fast-paced team. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring staff compliance with company procedures, delivering high-quality service and products, and achieving maximum operating results. The role involves overseeing nightly shifts and assisting with the broader Food and Beverage Department as the F&B Supervisor on Duty.

Requirements

Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Must be able to obtain Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course certification within 90 days of hire.
Must be able to obtain an up-to-date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton within 90 days of hire.
Must be able to obtain food safety certification within 90 days of hire.
Ability to frequently and repeatedly lift up to 50+ pounds.
Ability to walk roughly 5+ miles per shift.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff, including training, discipline, scheduling, and monitoring performance to ensure adherence to service and productivity standards.
Greet and inform guests and team members of specials and new items.
Ensure restaurants/food outlets adhere to Wilderness Resort standards for cleanliness, condition, and service.
Address and resolve guest opportunities or concerns in a timely manner.
Report all issues and feedback to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager.
Oversee nightly shifts.
Perform all duties of bartender, server, busser, hostess, and dishwasher.
Assist with overseeing the rest of the Food and Beverage Department as the F&B Supervisor on Duty.
Manage product ordering and inventory tracking for the assigned outlet.
