This is a full-time seasonal role for the 2026 season beginning June 2026. Based at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park, this on‑site living role places you 100 km from Jasper and surrounded by stunning glacier views and endless mountain adventure. You’ll be part of a destination that includes the Glacier View Lodge, dining outlets, retail, and the world‑famous Glacier Adventure and Skywalk. Staff live on‑site with accommodations and three hot meals per day. The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour. End‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1.00/hour. Housing & meals are a taxable benefit.

Requirements

Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
Natural ability to lead a team
Detail oriented with good communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Some accounting experience an asset and experience with Word and Excel
POS system experience is an asset
Cash handling experience
High volume experience
Handle stress in a professional manner
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

Responsibilities

Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
Training staff and ensuring everyone feels confident in their role
Supervising and supporting the on the floor
Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory
Update staffs schedule and changes
Interacts with customers and maintains the highest level of customer service
Involved in the making of and receiving food orders
Receive payment for all services provided to the customer
Listen and respond to customer complaints
Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times
Relieve Servers as required
Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
Other duties as assigned
