About The Position

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead and inspire a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure every guest leaves happier and fuller than when they arrived. This role involves keeping the service running smoothly, training, coaching, and mentoring staff, monitoring inventory, minimizing waste, and maximizing "wow" moments. The supervisor will also jump in wherever needed, including polishing cutlery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership
• A natural ability to motivate people (and diffuse awkward table situations)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The stamina of a marathon runner and the patience of a saint
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• A love for hospitality that goes beyond “it’s just a job”
